A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

This is a modern and comfortable hotel with friendly and polite staff. The position is good and is easy walking to both the market and the Jaffa Gate. Our room had a balcony and faced the street. The windows are not soundproofed so next time I will ask for a back facing room.

Leonardo Boutique was a perfect rest stop on our six day stay in Jerusalem. The hotel is located in West Jerusalem, minutes from the thriving area of Jaffa Road, where there are dozens of restaurants, fast food places, pubs, and coffee shops on both Jaffa Road and many pedestrian areas around it. Even better, you’re barely a fifteen minute walk from the New Gate into the Old City, and very close to the upscale Mamilla shopping district. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a fresh and extensive breakfast buffet served in their downstairs restaurant.

Though we are returning guests and have been satisfied in the past, this visit over the Jewish New Year was not satisfactory. The wheelchair accessible room we had booked for my disabled wife and me was not available and the stony faced receptionist made no apology whatsoever. She eventually offered to move us to "more suitable" room than the one we had been given next to our family - sending us to a different floor to an even less suitable room that the wheelchair couldn't even get into! We had to beg to get the original room back. Again no apology for the inconvenience. So my wife could not get into the bathroom or onto the balcony. The breakfast was scheduled to start at 7am - but the buffet didn't open till 7:30 when we were already leaving. For dinner on the second night we invited extra guests and were 10 around the table. Dinner was listed as finishing at 10:30, but at 9:30 we were asked to leave as they wanted to close the dining room - we exited by 9:45. Very disappointing.

This hotel is perfectly located in the dead center of Jerusalem and close to the Old City. The rooms are a good size and the breafast is yummy. The staff are also helpful and managed to arrange an early check in when we arrived after a very long flight. Overall the hotel was excellent

Am staying at the hotel. was very happy with the breakfast selection at the hotel. the food was great. Sufian was always around and very helpful. All the staff in general was very attentive to all of our needs. great!
